Dear Moderators,
Please move this query to right platform if im wrong. My question is related to combination of Tier 1 + Tier 2 to ILR.
I’m on Tier 1 Enterpreneur visa for 4 years 3 Months ( 3 years original initial extension and 1 year 3 Months tier 1 extension in pending with UKVI). As Some of you know as per my previous posts i have sucessfully moved to Tier 2 General Category.
Now my question is I’m planning to apply my ILR in April 2019. What are the documents related TIER 1 do i need to submit as part of my ILR ( Can I ignore any Tier 1 documents based on the fact that I already submitted them as part of my tier 1 extension?) please advise thank you

Dear Moderators,
As per my previous comments I'm planning to apply for my ILR by End of April. I'm submitting the following documents dear seniors please advise if any additional documents are required..
1) Company Letter
2) UK Master's Degree Certificate
3) Last three months Bank statements and Payslips
4) Life in UK test certificate
5) Tier 2 Biometric & Passport
6) Company Letter for any holidays
My Questions are:
1) Do i need to submit any additional documents related to my previous Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa ?
2) Also, i'm planning to apply my dependents application through later once my ILR application is approved Is that okay or Do i need to attach any covering letter (My current VISA is valid until September 2019) Please advise. Thank you

Hi All,
I have not taken any holidays so far in the last 8 months. Is it mandatory that my employer need to mention anything about holidays Saying no holidays taken so far in the company letter required for Tier 2 to ILR. I don't know how helpful my HR Manager gonna be. Is that really required to mention on the letter please advise. Thanks

If there were no holidays taken, there is no need for a letter

I'm filling my online application i came across the following option
Do you have any Home Office reference numbers? Do i need to add my previous PSW and Tier 1 Biometric Resident card Numbers or just state as NO? ( Please note i have already added current Biometric Resident details under different section) ... May be seniors or the ones who recently applied please advise thanks

Home Office reference numbers are the Case ID which you will find on the approval letter/correspondence. It is not a compulsory question. It states (if known). If you have the letters and know the Case ID number state them otherwise leave it blank.

Hi All,
As there are no appointments available near Manchester i managed to get an appointment in London by paying 260 GBP extra. So, my question is can i scan all the documents at service centre or do i need to scan them at home? Any helpful tips or suggestions from the people who recently applied? Thanks

I would recommend you scan and upload all your docs before the appointment. This way you can make sure everything is included as per your satisfaction. You have an option for the centre to scan for you also. It will take more time, you will have to pay (not at enhanced or london premium though) and sometimes they will not scan according to your satisfaction for example they might not scan full passports as you would ideally want.
Btw manchester is a core centre. Why did you not get an appointment there?

Yes that’s what my friend who recently applied told me that i can easily get an appointment in Manchester. Even i was surprised to see no appointments available until 17th May 2019 in Manchester central library, nothing available at Stockport and Warrington. So, I got an appointment @ London by an extra 260. i’ll upload the documents and pay extra 35 GBP for which they will double check the scanned documents thanks for the suggestion which is helpful.

£260 for london premium lounge?
Thats strange you are not getting any appointments in Manchester core centre. Usually you get within 5-7 days.

Hi Bizman,
I don’t have the recent one. I was under impression to use driving license but I have forgot that at home in Manchester as my appointment is in London. So, my question is bank statement enough as per the guidance? Please advise
