British citizenship after IRL 3 or 5 years route

Hi all :)

I’m planing to apply British citizenship soon,
I granted IRL 2014 by EACC Turkish business person. And also I’m married with bc. When I apply do I have to go for 3 year route ? Or can I apply under 5 year route.
My absences are more then 270 days in 3 years (384days) as I had my baby abroad.
I first come to UK 2008
