My first visa application was refused because I submitted TB certificate from an unapproved hospital due to my stupidity. The list of approved hospitals is visible after clicking few links which I failed to realise.

First application was refused on 08/08/2019. Instead of an appeal I decided to make fresh application on 19/08/2019 to avoid delay.
