SP30 and ILR application!

Hello everyone,

I should be eligible to apply for ILR March 2020. I had an SP30 penalty on my license for speeding. I paid a fine, I think it was 100 pounds and had 3 points on my license which will expire in Feb 2020 (a month before my intended application date). I didn't go to court for that!

My questions are:
- Do I need to declare this in my ILR application?
- If yes, will it affect my application?
