Tier 2 ILR 5 year Route

Hi everyone,

I’m applying for my tier2 ILR. I was wondering if someone in this forum be kind enough to adresss my worry. I came to UK in Dec 2014 on a Tier 2 general visa category.
I had got CoS from my employer dating Nov 2014 and my joining date is Nov 2014 as well on the paper and I was paid for that month. Now my biggest worry ( which I have just realised) is that will the UKVI may raise a question has to how I had my joining done while I was not in the UK and my visa was even stamped after my joining date. I’m not too sure if it is an accepted situation and I’m just overthinking over it. Or is it a real issue for my application? Any suggestion is highly appreciated. Many thanks
