when is the right Date to Submit my application.

Hi Everyone, It’s Fatima here can anyone help me please on when is the right time to Submit my application online? my visa will expire on January 21,2020 i am applying for ILR therefore is it okay to Submit my application within this week or should i wait? I’m buffled to the whole new Procedure of the service. Thank you so much in advance!

Useful to state what visa category you hold and what route for ILR you applying?

Also useful to state visa start date and the date you entered the UK??

Different visa routes have different rules.

i’m eligible to apply on 24th of December 2019 as my visa expired on January 21,2020
can i submit my application online by November? i’m not sure about the appointment availability or slots once i submit the application.

Please help me when is the right date to submit my online application.

1. You can apply for ILR when you complete 60 months minus 28 days under spouse visa.
2. Ur continuous period for ILR begins from the date of ur first entry as a spouse to the uk
3. The application process is now digital. It’s online and no physical documents are posted to Ho.

My main concern is with the new service, Is it Submitting application online counted in 28 days already or 28 days starts the date of my appointment

The date of application is the date you submit and pay online and not your appointment date
