Got my approval letter dated the 14/10/2019. I applied on the on the 9th of September ( before 12month on ILR) and completed my biometric 4th of october( Just one day after 12 months on ILR) Awaiting date of ceremony.Duien wrote: ↑Tue Sep 24, 2019 5:06 pmHi Guys,
Wondering if i can get help with the below questions please?
- My ILR will be 12months from the date of of issue on the 02/10/19 and because I'm struggling with finances at the moment I applied and paid for my Naturilazation on the 9/9/2019 with biometric date on the 03/10/2019 and I'm wondering if this would be an issue and if so how I can go about getting a refund for the money paid already so can make a new application ?
- Do I need bank statement for the last 5 years as proof of residence or are the stamps on my passport enough evidence ?
- For the application , I have my passport, ILR card, Referee letters, LIUK Test, Masters degree and passport photograph and I'm applying visa the 5year route + 1Year ILR. Do you think I'm missing any other document?
Thanks in advance

If the refusal decision states you can apply again then shouldn't be a problem, probably best to attach a copy of that decision.
Also does the B1 test certificate expires ?I passed the B1 test 2 years ago is this still valid for use? You would have done B1 for your ILR so not necessary to provide a new one.
Does a resolved debt relief order affect naturalization application. As such not an issue if you have complied with the order - unless you are a series defaulter.
Thank you all in advance
