**Help Please Urgent** - Tier2 General - Personal vacation

Hi,
I was in UK when I changed my Visa type from Tier2 ICT to Tier2 General (Employer sponsored) in 2015
my question was
Q1: My first date of entry of Tier2 General Visa is the date when Tier2 General visa stamped/Biomeric done, because I was in UK itself? Is that correct?
Q2: After getting Tier2 General visa in UK, I went on personal vacation for 40 days, before joining to the company which sponsored my Tier2 General Visa? How should I present this information in ILR form/document, as my current employer cant give the absence list approval for the personal vacation which was taken before joining to the organisation.

It is the date your visa was approved

Hi,

I will be eligible to apply UK ILR by mid of December 2019, but my Fixed term contract with current employer is finishing by 30th November 2019. And they said they can't give me Employer letter saying that 'they continue to require my service in UK'.
Without this statement in the HR letter or without this letter, will I still be eligible to apply ILR in this December 2019? (just 15 days for my ILR eligibility)

My current Visa is still valid till 2021, but finishing my job Fixed Term contract with my current employer by end of November 2019.

Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

No you cannot get ILR unless they need you for the foreseeable future
