Hi
This can be bit complicated
Came to this country as eea dependant in 2004
Got married in 2008 but lost my lindefinite because I was married and no longer dependent
In 2010 court overruled and gave me 5 years again and my husband 2and half years
In 2016 lost my case again ( i meantime my husband and kids got settled)
Lost all court cases and in end I applied suppose visa and been granted 2and half years in 2017
I been in this country over 15 years and worked throughtout as my applications were in time.
Can I apply on the basis of long residence

Can you list the dates of application and expiry for each visa (and also the dates of the various appeals) and the type of application (What kind of EEA dependent, ILR) that you made?
