PBS Dependant

Dear all,

My partner applied for ILR recently and has received it via the 5-year tier2 general route. I have been her PBS dependant(unmarried partner) for the same 5-year period.

I will be applying for ILR in January 2020. Now that she has already got her ILR. Which form is for me? Set(O) or Set(M)?

I am confused as Set(M) reads - Use this form to apply online if you are already in the UK as the partner of a person, or parent of a child, who is settled here and you want to apply for settlement and a biometric residence permit.

Set(O) says - Use this form to apply online if you want to apply for settlement in various categories:
work permit holder
dependant of work permit holder
PBS dependant
employment not requiring a work permit
businessperson
innovator
investor
self-employed lawyer
writer, composer or artist
Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant
Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant - accelerated route
Tier 1 (Investor) migrant
Tier 1 (Investor) migrant - accelerated route

UK ancestry
bereaved partner
other purposes not covered by other application forms


So which one will be for me?

It is form SET O if you hold a PBS dependent visa.
