ILR dependent Set(o) queries

I have recently got ILR via Tier 2 general 5 years category. I am applying for my wifes ILR as a dependent.
There are a lot of confusing questions.
section : 1
1. The applicant is my wife
2. Select a category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to remain. -- Tier 2 dependent
3. The person you are joining or accompanying : It will be me ( applicants husband )
4. Which visa is Mr XXXX applying for or been granted? -- I have recently got ILR but in the list it is showing only Tier2 General.
5. What is Mr.XXXXX sponsor licence number? -- what is this .
6. My wife got visa issued on 01-12-2014 came to UK on 07-02-2015. Should i wait till 10-01-2020 or can i apply now for ILR considering 28 days.

This is your Tier 2 sponsor licence number.

She could have applied in November already, date of visa issue minus 28 days.

section 1 : Enter their biometric residence permit (BRP) number ?? should i enter the latest ILR BRP number or my Tier2 BRP.
