I have queries with regard to the Online Application for ILR.
My background is as under:
To give you a background, I came to UK in Nov, 2014 on T1 Ent. Visa as family of 4 (2Kids & 2Adults), applied for ILR in March, 2018 after completion of my 3 Years 4 Months on accelerated route of 10 employees, but got rejected (due to Min. Wages issue of few employees), than after One unsuccessful AR, applied extension & got Residence Permit till Oct., 2020. Now on Basis of completion of 5 years in Nov, 2019, I am planning to apply for ILR.
My query:
1. During my stay of 60 months in UK, I had to travel around 20 times outside UK.In the application column "What was the reason for this time spent outside the UK & Crown dependencies?"
In how much detail do I need to give the reason for each travel.
In how many words for each travel Reason.
2. In Travel History- To the Question on" have you ever been:
refused a Visa for the UK
deported from the UK
removed from the UK
required to leave from the UK
refused entry at the UK Border
I have given the answer - Yes
Date - Given a date based on first refusal of ILR
To the question "Give More details": Here my question is about how much detail should be given? As in every communication, letter along with date or just brief about what happened.
Should the same communication be given in that of every family member?
