Delays with super prority ilr

Hello family and gurus.
Just a quick one, my spouse applied for her ILR last week. she went for her appointment on Tuesday 24th of dec 2019, up till now we haven't heard any thing back. The only contact we had was from them and that was a txt message saying they have now submmited the application and that was at 18.08 that same 24th. We also paid for 24hr service. Any suggestions pls, as we are abit worried.

You submitted an application/biometrics on Christmas Eve, then there were two bank holidays and likely skeleton staff on Friday.

Ho doesn't work 24 hours every day of the week. Likely you will only hear anything on Monday or Tuesday.
