For UKVCAS appointment all you need is the current passport. They will return you the original documents and passport itself after the appointment. Scanned copy for previous passport is fine. Just upload that.Sas2018 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 14, 2019 10:48 amHi guys
I am applying for ILR SET M and its asking for travel history and old passport. I have a full scanned copy of the old one i have uploaded but the actual passport is abroad as I forgot it when i went abroad last year and havent travelled on it as I have a new one due to old one being expired.
My question is do I need to send the actual old passport with the application or the scanned copy will do the job. I will send the current one obviously but confused about the old passport.
My appointment for biometrics is in 3 weeks time and i cant get it posted from abroad as I have tried already.
Any advice will be much appreciated.
Thanks
Can anyone please give me some advice?? I dont know what have I done to deserve a total overlook of my post??Sas2018 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2019 4:37 pmGood Evening everyone,
I applied for my ILR SET M on FLR M 5 year route.
My Husband is self employed and he used his last full financial year Apr2018-Apr2019 to meet the requirement along with my salaried employment for the same year which on my P60 is £6300.00 and my husband full year was £13,000.
I started working in September 2018.
I recieved the email now that home office requires the payslips and bank statement from April 2018 till september 2018 but I do not have them as I was not working at that time but my 2018-2019 P60 shows my income from that year which is enough to meet the reqiuirement.
Was I wrong in thinking that I meet the requirement? I did not know that every month had to be salaried![]()
Please let me know what can I do as I am worried.![]()
P60 cannot replace payslips because it doesnot shows the correct wages figures relevant for immigration purposes. Maybe by sending the missing payslips and corresponding bank statements of the relevant financial year (Apr2018-Apr2019) while clarifying that you hadnt started working until September 2018 but your earning belongs to same financial year might satisfy the requirement.9.3.7. Where a couple are using their joint income to meet the financial requirement, all of this
income must fall within the financial year(s) being relied on and must still be a source of
income at the time of application. For example, if the applicant is in the UK with
permission to work, to combine their salaried employment income with their partner’s
self-employment income, they must provide evidence of the income received from this
salaried employment during their self-employed partner’s relevant financial year(s) and
evidence of ongoing employment at the date of application

The payslips are in the same financial year being relied upon and I am still in the same employment. Only thing which is not possible is for me to provide a payslip for the time I wasnt working which is from april 2018 till september 2018 which is what they are asking which is very strange.
I have already included all the payslips from when I started working in september 2018 and sent them all included with corresponding bank statements. I replied to their email explaining that i started working in September 2018 and my payslips combined with my husband income meets the requirements but I m not sure why they cant see that the employer letter mentions work starting in september. I am waiting for a reply from HO.
Thank you very much mate. I am waiting aswell for it anxiously. I even sent a cover letter explaining the same thing that april 2018 to april 2019 the year which we relied upon for the financial requirements, my husband income was 13000 and mine from september 2018 to april 2019 was 6300. I sent my application in september 2019 so may be it created a confusion as the year relied upon was the one ending in april 2019 as guidance said, and I followed it to the best of my knowledge and means.seagul wrote: ↑Thu Jan 02, 2020 6:00 amI think you will get decision anytime from now.
