Happy New year to you all

Please I need clarification or advice .I am on tier 1 entrepreneur extension and will be applying for my old in March but I have concern with my paye tax. My previous accountant made error with my 2014 -2016 account and every money I give to him to pay for the employees tax where never paid but I got to know later when I register myself with HMRC so I got a new accountant who amend the account and that made me incur almost £6000 dept plus penalties and the accountant relocate to somewhere I don't know as there where other people too. This happen before I was granted extension ,now I setup a payment plan November last year with HMRC as a direct debit. My question now is

Will I be refuse for ilr?
If I pay the full debt by next month will I still be refuse?

You are responsible to pay the taxes directly to HMRC not your accountant. However I do not think this will have any effect
