PBS dependant - Partner form

Hi, I am on PBS Dependent visa validity since Oct 2017 & is expiring in January 2020.
My husband who has been on Tier 2 visa has applied for ILR & is awaiting his visa outcome.

While filling my PBS dependant - Partner form for extension, it's asking about: "The person you are joining or accompanying".

What should i answer to the above question? Should i include my husband?
