Hi,
I have completed my 5 years on PBS Tier2 visa on 07 January 2020 and have a valid visa till January 2021. My wife has completed her 3.5 years on Tier 2 PBS dependent visa on 07 January 2020 and has a valid visa till January 2021. I am applying of the ILR this month so my questions are
1) After getting my ILR should I apply for PBS dependent extension visa
2) If yes, as she has valid visa till January 2021 and completing her 5-year stay in May 20221 SO shall I apply for an extension of 1 year (considering her current visa validity) or 2 years
3) Where I can get the link (or cany someone sends me the link) for filling the PBS dependent extension visa application form.
It will be very helpful if someone can address my queries.
Thanks and regards,
Sudhir

Your dependent can apply for a PBS dependent extension near the expiry of the current visa.
2) If yes, as she has valid visa till January 2021 and completing her 5-year stay in May 20221 SO shall I apply for an extension of 1 year (considering her current visa validity) or 2 years
Regardless of when you apply for a dependent extension, it will be a 3 year visa. You cannot choose to apply for a lesser time. The 3 years is clearly stated in the immigration rules and there is no discretion that HO can apply.
3) Where I can get the link (or cany someone sends me the link) for filling the PBS dependent extension visa application form.

Firstly, many thanks for the quick response and for sending the links.
Your dependent can apply for a PBS dependent extension near the expiry of the current visa.
Does it means, there is no need to apply for my wife's extension visa now I can apply for her extension visa in January 2021 but I can apply for my ILR now.

Yes.
Thank you so much.
But I have a doubt as I will get my ILR and there will be no longer Tier2 for me so how it will work for my wife as she is Tier2 dependent on me and now me as a main applicant do not have Tier2.
One more thing, In May 2021 my wife will complete her 5 years stay so she will be eligible for IRL
Many thanks

Because the immigration rules allow it if you get ilr based on 5 years PBS route.

Her qualifying period for ilr starts from initial visa issue date. You have not stayed what that is. If she doesn't have a visa to reach her ilr qualifying date, she must apply for an extension. She must have a valid visa when applying for ilr.

Sorry for the confusion
My wife has Tier2 PBS dependent visa till January 2021 and will complete her 4.5 years of stay in the UK as Tier 2 PBS dependent. I will apply for her PBS dependent extension visa in January 2021. In May 2021 she will complete her 5 years stay in the UK so can she apply for her ILR in May 2021. Please provide the advice.
Many thanks
Sudhir
