3y Old FPN declaration on Tier 2 -> ILR application

I'm on Tier 2 since April 2015 and will be eligible to apply for to ILR in March 2020.
I've received a Fixed Penalty Notice of £50 for littering (cigarette filter) in February 2017.
I've switched job twice since than and declared this on both of the Tier 2 application.

My question is do I have to declare this on ILR application as well, as this is going to be a 3 years old (and paid) notice?
