ILR for Tier 1 Ent Child Now Adult

Hi all,
Here are some important dates:
My daughter born in Jan 2000
Applied for Tier 1 Ent visa Dependent (Child) on 5/12/2014 (when she was 14 Years old)
She entered in the UK on 10/12/2014
Applied for Tier 1 Ent visa dependent Exten. (Child) on 5/12/2014 (just few days before she turned 18) Visa valid till June 2020.
She has been in full time education since she arrived here. She is in University now. (she has a very small part time job not exceeding 20 hours a week).

Father received ILR in Jan. 2020.
Mother's ILR is not due till May 2020 (as mother did not enter in UK till June 2015)

My question is: Can my daughter apply for ILR on her own as she is an adult (above 18) before my wife's ILR?

If so, which form does she need to fill in?

PBS dependents qualifying period starts form the initial visa issue date and not the date of entry.

Daughter will qualify to apply for ilr when mother does. You didnt state the mother's visa initial start date!!
