ILR Proof of leaving together

Hi All,

I hope you can help. My husband is a British citizen, I am currently on my extended spouse brp. We are going to apply for ILR in 2 years time. We are permanently leaving in the UK however my husband will have to go on business trips to Uzbekistan in the nearest 8 months (he will have to stay there for 3 weeks every month ). The question is: will it effect our ILR application in terms of proving that we have been living together permanently?
