SET (O) ILR Application for my Wife - No Mention of Maintainance Fee

Hello Everyone,

I'm a new member on the forum and will appreciate your advice regarding my wife due to apply for indefinite leave to remain.

I have been granted ILR via Tier 2 and my wife is currently holding a PBS Leave to Remain Permit as a my Dependent on Tier 2 when I qualified for ILR. We have been married and living together for more than 5 years and she has qualified to apply for her ILR.

On the online SET (O) form, the Finance section does not ask for evidence of maintenance funds (only question asked under finance section was that myself and my wife must not be using public funds - and we don't as I am employed and she is currently on maternity leave).

I am just checking if there is no need to show maintenance as I already proved this several times all through our Tier 2 applications over the years?

There is no maintenance fund requirement for ilr.

Many thanks for the clarification. When I aplied for my ILR, I was only required to prove ongoing employment by letter from my employer. I wasn't sure if case would be different for dependants.
