10 year long residency VISA

i am going to apply 10 year long residency visa on coming Sunday 9th of march. i have question, how many chances for this category to get decision on super priority services.
is there any chances they can put my application on processing and cant give same day decision ?

i was 6 years on student visa and 4 years on student dependant.
is my case simple or complex ? can i get same day decision ?

This can not be determined here. The caseworker will make that call. We cannot tell you what to expect but most people get their decision in 24 hours using super priority service
