On Section 3: Good character Requirement, "3.5 Address of tax office or tax office reference"

I don't know how to find address of tax office or tax office reference, could anybody tell me?

You can find those details (Tax office address & office reference) on your latest P60 form.

Not sure the address of the tax office will be on the P60. However from the reference on the P60 it is possible to get the tax office address.

The reference on the payslip ... don't quote it all ... but how does it start? If you quote the first three characters in the reference then I can post the address of the tax office.

For example, should it start with 068 then I would know it is an address here in Birmingham .... but your reference starts?

I can find "HM Revenue & Customs office name" on my P60, does it same as "Tax office address "? and I can find " Employer's PAYE reference", does it same as "Toffice reference)" ?????

Yes, please give the first 3 characters of the Employer's PAYE reference.
