T2 Sponsored to T1E to ILR

Dear All,

I was on T2 sponsored from 21 August 2018 to 15 July 2019, then T1 Entrepreneur from 15 July 2019 to date, I am intending to apply for extension and ILR using the five years of T1 Entrepreneur only, will I be requested to provide documents with relation to Tier 2 Sponsored at the time of applying for ILR?
