English Language Requirement For Tier 1 Gen Dependent Visa

Hi All,
Hope you are wee.
I am in the process of my wife ILR. I need to ask quick questions.
I got British passport via Tier 1 General route (5 years + 1 Year).
I married in Pakistan on Nov 2014 while I was on Tier 1 General Visa. I received Tier 1 General dependant visa for my wife at Oct 2015 and she was arrived London on Nov 2014 and I received my ILR on Mar 2015.
My wife got 6 months (Tier 1 Gen dep) visa and another 3 years extension (Tier 1 Gen dep) and she got another 3 years (Tier 1 Gen dep) which will expire on Mar 2020. She has completed 5 years and I can apply ILR any time.
I did not send any English exam certificate with her extensions. Now she is going to apply ILR that’s why I need to recheck about English language requirement.
She is doing life in the UK test.
Does she need to pass English exam?
I have £630 in her bank account for 3 months. Is that amount sufficient?
Or Do I have to keep £945 in her account for myself as well?
Could you please advice?

Does she need to pass English exam?

Yes, it is mandatory to meet the B1 English requirement for ILR. If doing a test, it must be from a current HO test provider and test.

I have £630 in her bank account for 3 months. Is that amount sufficient?

There is NO maintenance fund requirement for ILR.

She is on Tier 1 Gen Dependent visa and she has qualify on the basis of 5 years route.

Note: I am british citizen (Tier 1 Gen visa route).
