He cannot return if his BRP runs out. Even if he returns, he has been living an independent life meaning he can be refused entry. He probably will not be able to get ILR even if he comes here. He is an adult and will then need to get a visa on his own.
He has not been living an independent life now, he worked three months only abroad, but I told the Home Office about his case, and wrongly advised that he could not come to the UK.
His BRP expired now.
I have a proof that he left his work and he lives in my own home with my mother in my home country.
He cannot live without us, what the best route he can use to come to the UK?
From your reply it is impossible to think about that, so please advise me about the best route.

My advice is the same as you have already been given by zimba. As he has no valid visa, he will have to find his own route to return to the UK, tier 4 etc.

You have been a member here since 2015. We have repeated million times that HO does NOT offer immigration advice (it is all manned by third parties dishing out incorrect advice regularly) Even if you get advice, the adviser is NOT responsible for it. It would have been better if you sought advice here!
Your son cannot return to the UK under any family visa route. He is on his own I am afraid
Advice is given based on my personal research and experience only. Do NOT contact me via private message for immigration advice
