Re: ILR Submission -Standard Route and Document submission

Post by vijayswami » Mon Jun 01, 2020 1:40 pm

Hi Team

Request your help pls..

I have submitted the ILR Application on 28th of May. I have the bank statement dated 26th of May which will state my April salary from my employer and also have April Month pay slip..

On 29th of May, i went to the bank and got another statement as well and now i have May month play slip too.

While uploading the documents, can you pls advise whether i can upload the latest bank statement and payslips (or) i should only upload those documents prior to my application date?

Thanks in advance for your response

Thanks
Vijay

There is no requirement to provide newer statements.

Thanks for your response. In that case, is that still fine to produce my April Payslip, as I have submitted my application on 28th of May?

Whether it is an issue pls, if i submit the latest payslip (May) and the corresponding bank statement as on 29th of May?

Thanks in advance for your reply..

Thanks
Vijay

ILR submission - Response from Home Office

Post by vijayswami » Sun Jun 07, 2020 11:39 am

Hi Team

Last week of May have submitted the ILR application and by end of last week have received an email from "Case Worker" to provide the documents via email..

Today have received an email from W&S contingency casework saying that "Although we would normally decide your application within six months from the date it was submitted, unfortunately this may not possible in your case"...

Is anything i need to concerned about or it is a generic email due to COVID situation... can you pls advise.

Thanks

Generic email and as you applied for standard service, it can take up to 6 months, sometime longer anyway.
