hi guys
just a quick one, after finishing uni 2 months ago ive been applying for jobs. However, HMRC, British Gas and NHS have told me i do not meet their one criterion, which me haveing a spouse visa and it expires next july. Although i am still waiting for some outcome from some more interviews ive done.
i then rang the UKBA this moring about my anger they told me they were aware some company do this especially the NHS. i then told the bloke on the phone that what happens next year when i want to apply for ILR and i have no payslips to show what will u lot do? deny me an ILR? his answer was " i cannot answer that as there is no directive for that"
surely this could be related to denying one the right to work, earn a living, and subjected to working in limited organisations. i know some of you could argue that some organisation will still employ me but should i be denied a job for having a spouse visa and experienced enough to do the job i have applied for with proven track record compared to someone with limited experience without a spouse visa (other visa).
