Hi Guys,
I have applied for ILR a month ago and will be submitting my document in a couple of days.
As proof of the English language, I have selected the degree certificate, but have now noticed that I have lost my degree certificate and won't have enough time to request a new one before my appointment date.
Would it be alright if I included an official letter from the university confirming the details of my award despite the fact that I have stated in my application form that I will provide my degree certificate?
Thank you for your help in advance.

Assuming it was a UK degree and If you have its image saved in your phone/laptop then may upload it from there as no original is posted to anywhere.

Thank you for your reply. I do have a scanned copy of it, but isn't the original checked against the scanned copy at the appointment centre?

No unless in rarest cases where if wasn't uploaded correctly.

Many thanks for your reply. It has been a very stressful process.
