ILR in application and Register UK Born Child as Citizen

Dear members, I applied T1E extension in Feb 2020 with my wife and UK born child as dependants.

I am varying my application to ILR and my wife's application to Spouse Visa. Do I need to include my UK born child in my wife's application as a dependant? Can I register my child as a British Citizen when my ILR approved without applying dependant Visa?

No, but the pending application will be refused and you will lose the fees paid.
