If it was accepted previously for the successful grant of visa then will be accepted again by virtue of paragraph 32D.amruta sam wrote: ↑Sat Aug 08, 2020 10:39 pmHi everyone,
I am currently on FLR(M) and due for ILR next month September 2020 under 5yr route.
I have a B1 English language certificate which was taken in 2015 for my FLR(M) first time application. although it has no expiry date on it, there is some confusion of 2 yr validity and if this could be used for ILR or not.
Any advice would be highly appreciated.
many thanks.
“Some recognised test qualifications only last for 2 years. You can still use a B1 level qualification that you took more than 2 years ago in 2 situations.amruta sam wrote: ↑Sat Aug 08, 2020 10:39 pmHi everyone,
