A question for the moderators -

Why are irrelevant posts in this discussion forum not moved to the relevant discussion forum? I observe that while such moves are done in a very dedicated manner in the other discussion forums, this discussion forum is being ignored (don't know if it is on purpose or due to the sheer volume of posts being made here).

e.g. - this is a query on visitors visa, so should ideally be posted in (or else be moved to) General UK Immigration discussion forum.

Valid point. However, this case may warrant benefit of doubt in that the member might have assumed that as he is on HSMP VISA his parents too would need to meet some sort of similar entry process.

The issue I highlighted was the lack of interest on moderators' end to move posts (that are irrelevant to this forum) to the relevant / appropriate forum(s). So it's about relevance and not why such a query has been asked.

As for benefit of doubt, I better keep mum!
