ILR Application Submission before the 28 day to anniversary.

Post by srivastavasumit » Mon Sep 07, 2020 11:05 am

Hi,

i was reading on the forum the other day :

If you applied before your eligibility date, which could not be more than 28 days in advance as mentioned above, MAKE SURE you attend the Biometrics Appointment and/or send the documents after the eligibility date. (Because, at the time of decision you HAVE TO BE eligible.)

Was wondering of this is legit and has someone in the forum done it, any experience sharing would be welcome.

Thanks in advance.

Many have and this question is answered so frequently on the forum, there are 100s of topics where we constantly repeat ourselves and the information clearly published by UKVI.

The topic you read, where you have quoted from, also very clearly states the UKVI guidance posted by modrator vinny. Unclear why you felt another general 'any experience' topic was necessary.
