What if I am not able to send full passport but only info and stamp pages?
For many that also have had worked which can be the case of yours as well.

So there is hope. I do not need to panic. Right ?

No need to panic. Blank pages are only recommended but not necessary. There have been a few instances where HO asked for full passport later on (very rare cases).
Anyways, you can upload full passport including blank pages at the time of UKVCAS appointment/IDV app. Even if you dont, very less likely it will be asked.

Hi
I have already submitted my ilr application on 20 Aug 2020. My current employer mentioned all my salry (above threshold) in thier letter. Yesterday, i came to know that my salry was slightly higher due to annual inccrement commenced in Aug month.
Since application was sumbitted in mid Aug, my new salry was not mentioned in letter by employer and also i was able to submit payslip/statements for july month.
Does it make any negative impact on my settlement application?
Thanks

Just to make it clear. My current salary is slightly higher as stated in employer letter/payslips/statement at the time when application was sumbitted.
Does it make any negative impact on my settlement application?

Hi
Thanks for your suggestions, i was able to submit full pasport scan using idv app yesterday.
I was wondering about one issue. My current employent will finish by December 2020 however my employer has mentioned in his letter that i m still required for forseen future due to open ended contract.
Do i need to worry this? What would be my status if i do not hear any thing from HO by December and also not able to get extension on job contract ?
Any suggestion.
Thanks

Your work rights will continue as same until a decision is made because you are covered by Section 3C. Your employer can make an ECS check via gov service for your right to work in UK, which will come back fine and valid for 6 months, if employer wants to keep you.
However, it will be difficult for you to change employer and it is not recommended anyways till a decision is reached on your pending application.

Hi Cullinan
I understand you. That's one case you have explained.
What about if HO does not respond by December and my (worst case) emaployer is not able to extend contract?
Thanks in advance

It maybe your bad luck then. You must be employed with the same employer at least till a decision is made. IF HO makes necessary checks with your employer, HO must be satisfied.

In that case
Only safe side is that HO should make decisions by December. Lets hope for best.

Your employer has done well by including statement of you being needed for the foreseeable future. So what ever happens you are covered except IF at the the time HO wants to cross check you are no longer with them.

Hi
I have my wife as T2 dependent. Her visa is valid up to 14/01/2021.
Q1 - after i m getting ilr, does she need to chage her visa to dependent of settle person or she simply apply to extend her stay in current visa route?
Q2 Does she need to apply immidiate after my ilr approval or she can wait and apply before her curren visa expired (say jan 2021) considering that i m getting decision today (imagine) ?
Thanks

I am assuming you have applied ILR via Tier 2 route and not LR?
Your wife will continue as PBS dependent completing 5 years on the same route till she qualifies for her ILR.
She can continue on the same and apply ILR before her visa expiry and once she reaches 5 years minus 28 days from date of initial visa grant.
Obviously your ILR has to be approved first for hers to be approved also.

Thanks Cullinan
On the other note. I was reading one thread which talk about proof of continous residence for 5 years. To prove that i think pasport stamps are important.
I entered uk in 2015 but i lost my passport in 2018. So i lost my stamps and any visa on it.
To provide my in and out details i have attached employer letter with full list of leave and also all e-tickets for that travell. I have also mentioned this in cover letter with police report about lost passport.
Are all above docs sufficient or i need to provide anything else.
How can i prove continuous residence if i lost stamps?
TIA

You already took the right steps. Dont worry. HO will make their own checks. Your employer letter along with a police report for lost passport is enough to prove it in this case.

Thanks CULLINAN
I just wanted to check myself with your expert advice.
On the other note, I am thinking to book appointment to provide bio-metric. I did already using APP but following timeline threads for Set(o) applicants. It seems that appointments give quick decision. I though it should be app which is quicker. I do not know logic behind this.
What you suggest how dual submission help me in this regard ??
Thanks
