English Language Requirements for ILR

Hi,

I have an undergraduate engineering degree ( 4 year course) and a Post Graduate Degree (2 year course) from Indian institutes. Is it ok if I submit a NARIC certificate of the undergraduate engineering degree for the ILR english language requirement? Or do I have to submit the most recent degree which is the Post Graduate one?

I'm asking this because its easy for me to get a NARIC certificate for my undergraduate course.
