Can I apply for ILR based on children being British?

Post by Numbu66 » Fri Sep 18, 2020 6:53 pm

I have been put on the 10 year route and have done 60 months already. Prior to that I had children that were born in the UK and have spent the first 10 years in the UK have now acquired British citizenship via naturalization.
My question is, can I apply for ILR based on the fact that my children are now British though I have not completed the 10 year period

Than you
