citizenship biomatric appointment tomorrow covid19 self-isolation

sorry if i post on wrong place, i need advice please help.

I have biomatric appointment for my son's citizenship application tomorrow morning., he just back from
school some one in school has covid19 positive,And rest of class going to be in self-isolation at home.
my Qustion is i am looking to cancell appointment, but i am still in less than 24hrs. for appointment. is any
problem to do it., after cancell am I allowed to rebook appointment?

Yes you can cancel and rebook. However, if you cancel outside the 48 hours window you do not get the refund (if appointment was paid). But, I am sure, there would be a way to get the refund if you speak with the team. DM UKVCAS on twitter. This is a genuine reason to cancel so I am sure they will help you out.

Hi, I booked my appointment for biomatric and its second week of november.but Yesterday Recived email
from HO to provide Biomatric in 10 working days or application will be Invalid.,I tried to contact sopara
but no luck to speak with them it's long waiting and cut off.
should I call HO and explain this situation? or keep trying and speak with sopara to give me appointment
in next week.

Log in to your UKVI account. You will have a deadline there. Its usually two months. I think it will be around 25th November before which you have to submit biometrics. Since you are going for an appointment in second week of November you are okay. The letter you have received is a generic reminder. Log in your UKVI account and check the deadline.

Yes you right, I checked in saying 26-11-20.
But i still sent email confirmation of appointment to HO. In the morning.

As long you submit your biometrics before 26/11 you will have no issues.
