Thank you for quick reply

After submitting online application - there is no individual check list generated.
at the end it shows like mandatory documents as well as financial documents, accommodation and co-habitation documents list but no separate list.

if I have to upload - I need to upload same documents on both names at UKVCAS - please clarify

Many documents as stated above are not needed for the child. Just upload documents which are needed for your partner in your partner’s name and child’s name respectively OR just upload all documents in partner’s name. It should be okay.
