ILR Application SET(M)

Hi I submitted my indefinite leave to remain application setm on 20th of April 2020 and did my biometric as well as scanning and submitting my documents on the 23rd of march 2020 and up till now I have not heard anything from home office, my temporary residence permit expired in August, I have called them and they have escalated my case for the third time, PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO NEXT?
