Hi All I hope you guy's are doing good, I want to ask you guy's questions regarding my wife ILR application she is on 5 year route I guess when I got my ILR in 2015 October on Long Residency base she extended her visa in December 2015 and they put her on 5 year route, I had my British passport in 2016, then she applied for another extension visa now she is completing her 5 year in January2021, Could you please tell me which form we have to fill SET(M) or SET(O) ? and also please help us for documents as well which documents we need.
