Hi All,

Can you please help in my query, I am eligible to apply for ILR in January 2021 through 10 Years route. My husband came 6 month after so he will be eligible to apply ILR after 6 months which would be july 2021. But I am unsure about one thing. Once I get my ILR, cannot he go by 5 years ILR route process and can apply immediately after I will get. Can you please help me with this.

No. Presumably he holds a PBS dependent visa. The rules do not allow a dependent to apply for ilr based on 5 years PBS dependent route if the main PBS visa holder gets ilr based on long residence. This has been the case since April 2014.

You haven't stated when your current visas expire either.
