Hello All,
I am British Citizen via Tier 2 General.
Is it advisable to take swiss job offer ( currently remote and might need to work from swiss once covid goes off) while waiting for my wife's ILR decision (PBS Dependent-Set(0)) ?
If I accept this swiss job offer( 6 months Fixed term contract). does it has any impact on my wife's ILR application ?
Kindly advice.

Can't you postpone this offer or accept it but work from home (UK) (as there is another resurrection of virus all over the Europe) at least until the decision arrives which won't take forever.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Thanks you for your response and advice.
I have requested the Swiss based company to issue a offer with work from home option (remote work from UK).
They have agreed over the email that it will be complete 100% remote work(from uk).
This way, I wont be travelling out of uk. hope this way of working (Fixed Term Contract) will not have impact on my wife's ILR application(Set(O)).
Any inputs will be really appreciated.( more concerned about ILR decision rather job offer !).

Your employment is irrelevant to a tier 2 dependent ilr application.
What is relevant is that you are present and settled in the UK.

Thanks CR001 for your quick response.
I am settled and British now. To reframe my original question.
"If I accept this overseas (swiss) based company offer (at present it will be remote work and I will not be flying to that country), does my 'settled state' get impacted or will have different meaning all together wrt immigration law?.

You are free to undertake or venturing out any legal activity/work and your dependant isn't dependant on your work but on your presence in UK only then ask yourself that what would happen. You are over thinking as nothing will happens.
