No marriage certificate for ILR

Post by mailtodaman » Fri Nov 13, 2020 3:01 pm

Hello reader,

I hope somebody would help me.

I have no marriage certificate but my spouse name is written in my passport and same for my spouse. I am wondering if this passport is sufficient as marriage proof.

Best regards,
Damanjeet

Unless you are a main applicant (not a dependant) applying alone or applying set (lr) then for all other applications that certificate will more likely be needed along with proof of subsisting relationship/cohabitation evidences.
