Below is my Mrs and daughter document checklist could you please have a look which documents do i need to not include or upload.
my Mrs Document Checklist
1.Evidence you have to prove the relationship with Mr xxxx (for example marriage certificates), and
correspondence addressed either to you jointly, or in both of your names, or addressed individually to you
at the same address, to cover the last two years
2.Proof of Mrs xxxx relationship status as the married or civil partner of Mr xxxx
3.Evidence you have to prove the relationship with your child / children (for example full birth certificates)
4.Document(s) showing your child / children's immigration status such as passports, biometric residence
cards, or vignettes
5.Document(s) showing Mr xxxx immigration status such as a passport, biometric residence card, or
vignette
6.Documents supporting my other reasons to stay in the UK
7.The passport issued by xxxx for Mrs xxxx
8.Current Biometric Residence Permit Mrs xxxx

My Daughter Document checklist she is 12 years old.

4.Letter of consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s)
A letter of consent that confirms:
the relationship between you and your parent(s)/legal guardian(s)
consent from your parent(s)/legal guardian(s) to the application
consent from your parent(s)/legal guardian(s) to the living arrangements in the United Kingdom and the
address where you will be staying
whether one or both of your parent(s)/legal guardian(s) have responsibility for you
Both parents/legal guardians must sign the letter of consent, except where only one parent/legal
guardian has
sole responsibility for you.
5.All previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards that you have used to travel to or remain in the uk.
If you have, better to upload also.
Fill in your daughter’s details as applicant, but when you sign mention the relationship in brackets.
