ILR SET(M) escalation due to mental health

Post by Mixharvey » Wed Dec 02, 2020 12:40 pm

Hello

My wife's ILR was submitted on 27 September.
She meets the financial requirements herself and works fulltime when her Bipolar is stable enough.

However, the wait for the decision email has become all consuming, on top of that we have this Covid situation so we find ourselves on the edge of it all becoming too much to deal with.

I have contacted our MP with documentation from the GP explaining the desperate situation we find ourselves in but from what I understand there is not much hope for a speedier outcome.

I have tried all avenues with not much hope. Is there anyone who can advise of a different option or contact method for the UKVI in this situation?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, MP is the best you can do to put pressure on HO. Hope you get your decision soon.
Also we have a similar thread for such discussions. Follow that:
