Need direction to decide SET (M) or SET (O) for ILR application to use

Hello fellow IB users,
I need your advise on which form to use for ILR application i.e. Set (M) or SET (O) for my wife. Her dependent application timeline is as below:

Tier1 Dependent* Aug 2014-Feb 2016
Settlement Dependent Feb 2016
British Citizen Dependent July 2018 - Feb 2021

She is completing 5 years of stay in January 2021 to be eligible for ILR. We both live together in the UK.

*Tier1 dependent is not counted towards ILR length of stay so did not apply earlier for ILR.

I would appreciate if I can get direction on which form should I go for, together with explanation,

What do you mean settlement dependent? Did she switch to spouse visa or FLRM in 2016, if yes then on that route it will be SET(M).
