by any chance did you mean 11 Dec or 11 Nov. 11 Nov means you got it a while back.

Seems like your from hounslow council also? Hounslow council correctly mentioned about receiving ceremony invitations via email then. Good luck.

Can someone share an email address for me to chase this?. I called my council and also emailed them to let me know if they have my certificate. it's so unfair.I've wondered that too, what order do they process them in... I am hoping for next week according to the estimated timelines... I am not sure which order emails are pushed(approval date or something else) or they do it batches or caseworker manually sends it or they first check with council for availability and only then send it etc. I am sure you will receive it soon.
