Dear esteemed members,

Regarding ( Set (O) Tier 2 General - 5 years route to ILR application)

I have partially filled my application for ILR application in the month of Jan 2021. At that time I have got below option to add details to my form. I had partially completed the application and thought to submit application after completing 5 years. I have also downloaded application form in pdf file.
  • Select a category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to remain. Tier 2 migrant
  • Select a category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to remain Tier 2 General
When I reviewed Partially filled application Today, I have observed that my options got automatically changed to below. I am not able to see Tier 2 General option now. I have doubt that I have hold Tier 2 General Visa but not Skilled visa. I am assuming that that skilled visa option is replacement of General visa but not sure.
  • Select a category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to remain. Skilled Worker or Tier 2
  • Select a category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to remain Skilled Worker
Please let me know your expert opinion. Can I go with skilled visa option and submit my application?

Thanks
Gaurav

SW visa has replaced the Tier 2 (General) work visa since Dec 2020. You will choose SW now.
