Work Permit from India To germany

Hi all,
I am an Indian resident. I have Workpermit to Germany, sponsered by german based IT company(i.e Employer X). Next year I will be going to germany based on Workpermit .

My question is After few months of working with Employer X who has sponsered the work permit to germany, If i want to change (Job change )

what would be the procedure in that case?
Do I have to come back to India and again apply for work Permit?

PLease advise.
