CCJ outside of the UK?

Hi there.

I'm preparing my ILR application and wondering if could be a potential problem in case of CCJ outside of the UK?

Case:
I worked for less than a year in the Netherlands(2013) and when I left my previous company (at the time) said it would handle all proceedings regarding de-registration (visa) but I have never checked.

I believe there was also an unpaid credit card debt of 1200 which I thought I paid but cannot find any indication on my records now.

I do not know at this time if there were any court proceedings related to the above (trying to find out) but I'm wondering how likely out of the country court proceedings affect an application?

Do they have a standard database of countries to check civil matters such as unpaid debts?
